Signing contracts helps city residents to go to doctor irrationally and solve the difficulty of receiving medical aid, and also meet the demand of convenience and low-cost of city residents. A new medical aid form, which is going to community clinic for 1st phase check and solving the problem in different level hospital, is forming in Qingdao.

????By the end of 2016, the 253 grass root level medical institutions of Qingdao conduct home doctor contracted service. 1,768 teams were established, over 3.6 million residents signed contract. In 2017, Qingdao will further improve plans and supporting policy to boost integration of basic level medical aid and hygiene, improve contracted service method and content, as well as paying fee, test, bonus mechanism and medical insurance and price policy, and launch contracted service model site building.
