The city will put more efforts into marine engineering machine and high-tech ship, seawater purification, and marine new energy equipment, marine bio, and marine materials areas based on One Valley Two Zones key function zone. Qingdao will also accelerate the optimization of all industry chains to build blue manufacturing highland. Qingdao will lead and make more companies and industry standards based on 10 industry 100-billion-industry-chains and 10 emerging industries to establish standard system for Qingdao manufacturing industry, then enhance company competitiveness of companies and encourage them to grab the highland of industry competition.
