To fulfill the requirements for developing Qingdao into an international city, in the process of standard and guideline formulation and revision, many domestic and foreign advanced cities will be compared and the current situation and development trend of Qingdao will be adequately considered to make sure the finally-formulated standard will be both practicable and forward-looking.
