emy will build a Teaching Base at
Xuejiadao, Qingdao, a coast city of east China. Zhang Huijun, the president of
BFA laid a foundation for the new coming Teaching Base with the leader of
Qingdao Government, Xia Geng, Cui Xizhu, Ma Lunye, Wang Xiulin and Zhan
Wenliang.
The foundation ceremony also received a congratulation letter from Du
Shicheng, vice secretary of the province commission. "The Industry of Mass Media
and Film produce is full of vigor, it's also the core of culture industry which
Qingdao endeavored to develop," he said
Xuejiadao boasted its natural resources, traveling resorts, and convenient
transportation. On the subject of Media and Film Culture, opening Xuejiadao as a
vocation resort is one important part of the strategy of exploring the West
coast of Qingdao made by Qingdao Committee and Qingdao Government.
BFA
is the only arts college to training employees for the film industry and it also
won its reputation in Asia. Zhang Yimo, the classmate of Zhang Huijin when he
studied in BFA 20 years ago, now has grow as well know film director in China
and throughout the world. He also sent a congratulation letter to the foundation
ceremony. Tang Jili, the film director from Hong Kong, won his reputation as the
most successful director of action film. He congratulated the ceremony as well.
Other Chinese film actors or directors Zhang Fen yi, Yi Li, Li Shaohong, Han
Gang and Huo Jianqi took part in the ceremony.
